This summer I was the whole novel, from sea to Bulgaria. Like "Cheaper" and is all-inclusive. More specifically, one week in Balchik (Balchik), Hotel Achilles. Here are some findings may help someone:
Pros:

• gorgeous scenery, great at the foot of a limestone hill, to see the botanical garden and castle cacti Queen Mary;
• peace, although each restaurant has its music, often, live sound level decreases Manele excluded;
• lack pitzipoance , cocalari and foodie related, have lagged behind in Mamaia;
• small restaurants, many relatively cheap.

Cons:

• All-Inclusive sucks for the following reasons:

• program is one of pioneers, eg between 7.30-10 breakfast, if you later find locked up, if you want to stay night at the pool after 22 hours and is closed;
• acceptable food difficult, Note 6 on a scale of 1-10;
• acceptable harder drinks, juice from the dispenser (Tek ancient sites in '94) he does not touch anyone, and tell them one thing that beer, brands I tried.

• no beach, sit in the sun on rocks or shells

Warning if you go with children. I went with my son for a year, on which he continues to walk in the pram. Although people from the agency assured us that the sea is "very close" , had to descend / climb some stairs for about 40 meters difference in level to reach high / hotel, and this 3 times a day. With a hand truck and other beach bag, was not a very pleasant experience.

We recommend that you inform yourself well before going in Balchik. Ask someone who has been a review. And avoid all-inclusive hotel Achilles at least, eat a bit more expensive but much better restaurants around.
